YELLOW HEART

First, ask the yellow heart, in the yellow center of the star, to leave the star and shine back on you. The yellow rays will remove negativity, hostility and defiance.

YELLOW WATERFALL

After the rays from the heart disappear, you will see a yellow waterfall. Step under the waterfall.

Yellow water will run through your body and out your fingers and toes. At first, you may see dark colors run out of your fingers and toes. Stay under the waterfall until the yellow water runs perfectly clear. You may then step out from under the waterfall.

This procedure is cleansing and should make you feel good – warm and
happy.

THREE WHITE DOORS

You will now find three white doors in the yellow center.

The purpose of the three white doors is to show you what you can work on when you get to other points in the star, whether it is a past life or a memory buried deep in the past. Most of these heavy emotions strongly affect a person’s well-being. If they are negative, they harm you.
The doors will help you find a solution to these problems.

These doors also have very good things behind them, in addition to the negative; the White Light other realms or dimensions and so on. We do not know what you will find behind your white door. Each person is at a different level of vibration and growth.

Open the first white door to your left. There will be a color or scene inside. Check the color you see by putting your body into it. Feel the color and ask what emotion it represents.

Each color is a thought. Thought is color, sound, vibration, picture and feeling. By entering a color and feeling its vibration, you will understand the knowledge that needs to be imparted to you. You will know what the thought is trying to convey.

If you see an animal, look into the animal’s eyes. You will be able to communicate with the animal telepathically. Ask the animal, “What are you here to tell me?” “What do you represent?” “What is it you want to impart to me?” Communicate with thought. The animal will communicate back with thought and you will understand everything it tells you. The animals you see in the star will not harm you. They are here to aid and assist you to get to a better place.

BLUE TUNNEL

While still in the yellow center, walk through the blue tunnel. At the end of the tunnel you will see a scene which may represent your present situation in life. For instance, if you see a city dump, it could represent being “down in the dumps.”

If you cannot get through the tunnel because roots are in the way, it could represent a deep-rooted problem you are blocking.

When you see a symbol, talk to it, touch it.

Each person will have a different kind of experience in the tunnel. And even each person will have many different experiences, good and bad, according to their vibration and level, and where they are at the present time.

RED DOOR

Return from the end of the blue tunnel. There is a red door to the right. Open the door and enter.

Your anger is usually behind the red door. Anger and hate are the the most destructive forces in our bodies. Much of our anger is repressed, so we do not remember it, but we do respond to it by association. By going behind the red door, we can find the anger we have repressed and then let it go so it no longer affects us.
